I just checked it usinfg NVDA and both the person's name and Skype name are
both there, so why isn't Window-eyes seing both names?

This is something I would like to see too. The ability to have the real
name or the user name announced when they come online. It used to be in
2.71, and got lost in the transition. How about in Options Aaron?
