When I had this problem, ALT-ENTER did not work for me since the redirect blocked seemed to come after the next page loaded. Also, pressing ENTER in this case seems to press the "GO" button by default and I don't know if ALT-ENTER works in this case, although I assume that it must have worked for you.
I had to go into Internet Options, Security, and internet, press the "Custom level" button, and go down to Allow Metarefresh." Pressing the letter "A" a half dozen or more times is the quickest way to get there.Maybe there was a simpler way but that worked for me. I've also found that the problem occasionally resurfaces for me, and I can only conclude that it is a part of certain Windows updates that resets this setting when patching certain security holes.
