first don't rely on the hot keys you are useing. these are w e hot keys
setup in the set file. if there is a attachment and the w e window used
for the hot key is not in the right place on the screen it will not work.
like if you have the b c c field showing the attachment edit box would be
moved down one line and the hot keys would not work.
do it the right way. open the o e file pull down and arrow to attachments.
if they can not be opened or are not there it would say disabled.
the other thing is that o e is set at the factory to not allow
attachments.
you would have to open the tools\options menu then go to the control tab
security. i think its in there.
and uncheck do not allow attachments to be saved and then tab to ok and
click on it.

Hi, I frequently get e-mails which begin with the word attachment. After
pressing alt and 7 twice, I hear a message "attachments not found". Is
this my problem or the sender sending incorrectly? I use WE 6.1 and XP
and Outlook Express. These e-mails often announce tables, columns, lines,
etc. also. Thanks.
