This isn't fully accurate. UAC isn't required on all machines and,
in fact, we can't duplicate it, but know it's a real problem. If
someone having this problem is willing to send us a machine so that
we can get it duplicated we'll definately fix it. Otherwise it will
continue to be a topic of discussion with no resolution on this list.
