Hello,

Does anyone know of an in depth tutorial for WMP 11 with Window Eyes? I have
been using it to rip my personal CD collection and am running into a few
issues trying to maintain the library and file information for some albums.
I have read through all the help info but can't seem to find the answers to
my current questions. any help is greatly appreciated. Here is a summary of
my current outstanding issues. I am running W.E. 7.11, Windows XP Home with
all latest updates and Windows Media Player 11. Thanks in advance for any
pointers.

Questions

1. For albums ripped that do not have any hits online I want to manually
enter the media data. I have figured out how to update song titles with some
struggling but I can't seem to get to the album name, genra and so on to
update that info.

2. When I do update info in the "library", the actual files themselves on my
hard disk do not get altered re file names and so on. Is there some way to
get WMP 11 to also update file names when it updates the library info? For
example, it will not rename the MP3 song files when I enter song titles into
the library nor will it alter the folder name for the album if the album
name is updated in the library.

3. How does one delete the library info for a given album? I have several
albums that had rip errors the first time I ran them. Info went in the
library but now I cannot re-rip them to get the full album on file because
WMP thinks it is a duplicate.

4. I would like to print a list of albums by artist to use as reference when
shopping but I cannot find any reference to any kind of print capability in
WMP. Actually, I'd like this to be a file I can put on my Maestro/Trekker
but the question is the same I think.

Again, thanks for any pointers.

4. I am having trouble finding the physical files for "unknown" albums or
songs. How can I tell which files represent which unknown albums in the
library?

As I say, I am hoping a good tutorial on WMP will give me answers to these
and likely other questions I have as i try to complete my project of storing
my music on my PC.
