Hi Michael, yes, many people are reporting the "loss of speech" issue.
I guess you should email [email protected] to ask if they want any info from you; I don't know where they stand on figuring out this problem. I don't even know if it's specific to one particular engine or not; when it happens to me I'm using a dectalk access 32.
