Hello. I've seen this happen with some pages when they initially load
because of the way the pages are created. So maybe it's some sort of
template which loads then gets populated later on. If this happens, it
could only say there are a few links, but in reality when the rest of
the page loads there are more. This would explain why toggling Browse
mode is the work-around for this. Do you notice this with pages such as
Google?
