Hi all I have some inquiries about reading scanned materials.
Some are trying to read library articles that were scanned others can't read
letters of reccommendation scanned and forwarded.
Does anything on the market today read these.
I know a few years back this came up and I was told it's an OCR problem if I
remember right and readers can't see the image. My thinking in asking is
perhaps something has changed.
