Joe, I use Remedy a little but have not developed set files or scripts. I might be able to help with specific questions, though. There is an option on the view menu that adds prompts just above the status line, and I have found it helpful to have that turned on. That helps with fields whose labels don't speak well. Try pressing ALT DOWN ARROW on edit fields because they sometimes have a list of values from which you can choose.
