Hi, it seems a bit overkill for what you want, but you could get a
mac. Safari and voiceover let you see web pages as they are actually
laid out. It's hellishly confusing at first but becomes natural after
a while. On the voiceover system, you can choose to reformat the page
to make it more speech friendly the way a screen reader on windows
does, or not.
