I'm using for a several years Eset Smart Security, respective earlier Eset
Nod 32.
It's one of the best, a lot of prices and it's totally accessible, you will
disable graphic mode and put to the advanced mode with a mouse and it's
working really perfectly.

A Good Antivirus Suite
Hi, Folks! I am looking for a good accessible
antivirus/spyware/firewall program. Have tried the new Trend Micro
Internet Security and Nortorn Internet Security 2010, and both are
inaccessible in some aspects of their operation. Any ideas on a good
