Hi Michael,
If your are having sighted person, you can remove it automatically from
control panel or from advanced options. Something wrong during installation
happened.

I am in a Bit of a Jam
Hi, all. Earlier today one of my nephews came over and installed Windows 7
for me. I then updated Window-eyes 7.1 to 7.11 and all was as good as it
could be except for the fact that Outlook 2007 was no longer on the
computer.
My nephew got some of the cd's mixed up and left. I thought I would try to
install Microsoft office 2007 so I was checking cd's.
I inserted the Window-eyes 7.1cd apparently. I did not hear speech so
pressed enter perhaps too soon. Now the computer boots up and I hear the
message Window-eyes 7.11 and nothing else. None of the keys speak when
pressed. If I press enter on run setup.exe, I hear Doug's voice saying
that
I have to remove Window-eyes first before it can be installed.
Will a sighted person be able to access the advanced options to allow an
emergency removal? Also, if I press the control-alt-w hot key, I hear the
sound indicating that Window-eyes is already running.
I can't get my keyboard, screen or mouse settings to stick. Which keys do
I
press to get the settings to stay where I want them after exiting
Window-eyes or restarting the computer. I thought I was supposed to press
alt, f and s. Help please. Thank you.
