It's not necessarily illegal, if the music is offerred as free, and you
abide by
the usual requirements that you don't re-sell or distribute to others. If
you
like classical, or so-called Indi, I've downloaded quite a few things from
www.freeplaymusic.com
and have no problem whatsoever navigating their site with Win-eyes. One
major
drawback is that you rarely learn who the performing artist is, just the
name of
the composer, but the performance quality is excellent, and the price is
certainly right. It's certainly a wonderful place to begin collecting and
learning about unfamiliar music.

It's ill eagle to download music unless you are paying for it. If you are
paying, Walmartd.com has a very large selection.
