There isn't an easy way to take a set of rgv values and convert to a
color especially since colors are abstract to a certain point
especially when you get in to shades and hughes. I've heard that
Word has the ability to search for specific colors and a script could
probably be written to do this. You could also do it through
advanced options in Word's find dialog I believe.

Is there a way through the rgb values to automatically know if a
color is considered yellow, orange, purple, black, white, etc.? I
think that was the question if I understood it correctly. I'd like
to know this as well. Or were you saying that there's no way to tell
without sighted assistance?
Another color question: Is there a table or some kind of list giving
the rgb values and their corresponding colors?
Much thanks,

Subject: Re: Find Text in Yellow
You can tell WE that this particular color is yellow with the color
dictionary. You have to put the mouse on it and then do
control-shift-e and choose color dictionary foreground to label the color.

Hello Everyone,
Well I have never had to work much with colors before. I have
Window-Eyes 7.11. I received a MS Word document which contains a
lists. I was advised that the information in this list is
highlighted in yellow for the information I must review. OK, how do
I find the yellow? Grin. I spent a bit of time in the WE manual
looking at Section 13 and also Section 6.8. I could toggle the
attributes on, but that gave me a number representing a color. How
do I know which is yellow?
Thanks in advance for any help.
