Hi, The only point at which I get the WE Office Call Back Not Responding dialog is after closing all running applications and doing the start, shutdown, restart. That's when the aforementioned dialog appears. You mentioned you do a hard shutdown, by holding down your power button, when loss of speech occurs. This action would prevent the dialog from popping up. Maybe. The older I get, the more I discover I don't know!
