I have similar problems with my email and sometimes when trying to sign onto websites. I too can fix it by shutting down W-E and starting it again. I have also found that I am having better luck with a SAPI voice than I was having with Eloquence. I'm using Jennifer and find her much more pleasant than some of the other voices I have run across. In my opinion she's even better than Mary. Gail Okay something that I am experiencing is that when I go in to say calculator it will let me use it. I mean when I do a calculation the speech will not tell me anything. I also get that sometimes when I go to the desk top it will say that there is nothing selected. So therefore it will not show me anything that is on the desk top. When ever it happens I found that if I close window eyes and then start it up again then it is fine.
