PC with 4GB RAM and Windows 7 Pro. Window-eyes 7.11. I need to change the set-up of one of my profiles set up on Outlook 2007 SP2.
I took the following steps: Press the start button and enter "mail" into the search box. This enables you to get to the Mail task in Control Panel. Enter on Show Profiles. I then selected the profile I need to change. I then select Change and Properties. I then select More Settings to get to the area I need to change. Here, I can tab to the fields I need to change. I tried to use the virtual mouse to check what was on the screen. The screen is just not visible. All that can be viewed is the desktop. Do I need to set something else up or is this a Window-Eyes bug? Thanks.
