While I don't want to minimize the problem that some folks are having with
firefox, some people make the assumption that since they are having problems
with firefox crashes that everyone is having the same problem. To this
point in time, I am not experiencing these issues. While I don't use
firefox all of the time, I do use it.

Actually, I was having difficulty downloading purchased music from Real
Networks with both IE 8 AND Firefox 3.6 and with both the download
manager
and zip options, so, at that point, I don't think my problem is related

yours. I finally got the download to work with Firefox and the zip
option.
However, when I attempted the download through Firefox, the program
crashed 3 times before I was successful. All hale the power of
Firefox--not so fast.
