turn off auto load while browse mode is still on with insert a. then fill in
the edit boxes. it will work better this way. browse mode is turning back on
before you can type in the info.
when browse mode is turned back on it will put you back at the top of the
page.and you have to tab all over again to get to where you were before.

Subject: Re: How can I resolve this?
Peggy,
I have the same problem on Bank of America's Bill Pay page making a single
payment to a payee. I'll be in edit mode hearing Amount and type in
numbers only to find I'm entering this stuff who knows where. I've
figured out that once out of browse mode to tab forward, then shift tab
back to make sure I'm in a viable input field.
Requesting a memo be added is a real trial, trying to find out where I am,
where the darned edit box is, then having to check a box to send the memo
I so labored to write. (If one fills in a memo why must one have to check
whether to send it or not?)
I find this business more problematic using Firefox 3.5x; IE 8.x has its'
own tricks to play upon the hapless user. I usually accomplish my task
through a flurry of browse on, browse off machinations and exult when the
Make payment link is found and the amount, date, and memo appears for
inspection.
Running WE 7.1 using Windows XP bandaid version sp3.

I posted about this issue a while back and never saw an answer; perhaps I
wasn't clear enough in my description of it, or perhaps no one else has
had it. Anyway, I thought I'd try again. <grin>
On most websites with forms, I have no problem at all typing in edit
boxes, etc. But there are a couple of sites where WE will say edit box,
and I'll make sure I'm not in browse mode, and start typing, and suddenly
WE will be talking about links and I won't be in the edit box at all, and
none of what I'd typed ended up in the form.
Like I say, this doesn't usually happen, but there are a couple sites
where it happens every time, and the only way I can fill out the forms on
those sites is with my BrailleNote.
One site that gives me these problems is the Bookshare site. If I try to
search for a book, it won't work. I think I got it to work once, and it's
never worked since.
Have any of you guys had this problem, and is there a way to make the
sites with this problem work with WE? I'd really like to be able to use
my computer again on these sites, but don't seem to be able to anymore.
Thoughts or suggestions welcome.
Peggy
