as far as the menu's go the alt key still does work, but you have to press
it plus the down arrow for file menu, or in combination with the first
letter of the menu item you want, you can't navigate left or right and have
windoweyes voice the menus.

everything seems to have changed.
When i press alt it doesn't even speak the menus.
