Hello all!

Is there a KB article for optimizing Outlook express for Window Eyes? A
friend of mine has to press tab, then the read to end key in order to read
his posts rather than simply press enter for posts to read. How can this be
fixed?

When my friend goes to start menu, computer says he has too many icons on
it! He needs to use smaller icons or take off a few of them. If turn off
the computer is selected, he presses enter and everything goes silent, no
windows turn off sound or anything! Is there any kind of reset to put such
icons in a default? Sometimes I think I'd like to reformat hard disk in his
machine and start over (grin smile)! I also wish to turn off Instant
messenger. It comes up each time. He has to close it out before going to
desktop.

Please write off list! I'm trying to help but I'm running out of expertise!
I haven't run into some of this for myself! I don't wish to disrupt my PC
since it works so well!

Thanks for any thoughts and help!
