Does this happen in other aps? May be a sticky key on your keyboard.

Hello, good morning
I just discovered something new and quite interesting for someone
like me who is manifestly unlearned about the computer world. As
you can tell from my earlier message below, I am having sudden and
inexplicable issues with Eudora 7.1.0.9 and Windoweyes
7.11. Suddenly, the up arrow would not respond as I attempt to go
up and down through the inbox list of e-mails. Now, I just
discovered that the down arrow continues to work fine as before, the
up arrow works if I use it with the ALT key. How about that? I did
not make any changes at all in both softwares. Please, help. By
the way, the up and down arrow works fine in all of the other
functions of Eudora except in the inbox list.
Have a blessed weekend.
Best regards
Solomon.
Below is my earlier message to the listserv about the same issue.
Hello, good afternoon
Trust you had a joyous thanksGiving day.
I have been using Eudora since the mid90's. I am mostly pleased
with it. However, something inexplicable happened on Wednessday,
the day before thanksGiving day. suddenly, Windoweyes would not
read the e-mails with the upArrow. I have always been able to
navigate the Inbox with the up and down arrows through the list of
e-mails. Now, without any explanation, I could only read the list
by going down with the down arrow only. the up arrow no longer
responds. Anyone with similar experience? Anyone with a fix of
some sort? I re-installed the WindowEyes 7.11 upgrade. That did
not seem to make any difference.
I am using WindowsVista ultimate with WindowEyes 7.11.
Thank you for any insight you might share.
Best regards
Solomon.
