To whom this may concern,

I have a new iea that I feel is severly lacking due to the
lacluster performence due to the lack of w3.org standards and bobby
standards on the net. What I feel could be done is a venture of sorts
with all major browsers to adress this serious issue for blind people.
What I propose is to have an automatical to manual toggler to activate
a accessability scanner for the net. Basically, the error finder built
into the browser could in turn show compliants with those above
forementioned standards for blind people. Once information is sent
back in a seperate dialogue box by means of the attribute
target="blank" to show accessability level, grade, level, date of
transaction, code errors, advice on coding and thus forth to send to
the website and perhaps in the future to a blind ring on the
accessability of the web. This should be extremely looked into to help
blind people out. I think it wise to have a side site like a subdomain
or completely different to compile scores. If this is not possible
just let me know why and the rst of the e-mail list at
[email protected]. This should also include the issues on this issue
because so many people complain about accessability without any long
term fixes to this crutial problem with the blind. The compiling
information should find a way if possible in the future by means of
volunteers like a wiki to see the acdcessability of the entire
internet. The problem that I know of is that browsers are competative
to hog the net for profit and advertizing on what standards are
accepted. Thanks for information of this issue and what you GW workers
are doing about it short term and long term. Thanks for listening to
this e-mail.

Have a great day,
