After disabling message preview pane, as indicated in the Office '07 setfile instructions, I am able to read messages with no problem with the exception of auto-confirmation Email I receive from sites like Amazon.com which most likely has HTML codes. I went into the Mail Format tab, under Tools/Options, and selected Plain Text. What setting do I need to change in order to read these types of Emails? Completed all Setfile instructions specific to Outlook '07 and am new to using Outlook.
