Hi, you can find all the auto options if you open the office button. That is: Alt F followed by I. Arrow down to proofing and tab through the options, you will find everything there.
Enter on the auto format button and press control + tab until you get to: Auto format as you type tab, is where you will find the bullets and numbering.
