Hi,

I too run an XP Home/Media Center PC and Outlook '03

To add contacts to Outlook I go one of two ways

To add a contact manually

I do an Alt plus T to open the Tools menu

I press the letter B to open the add ress book

I press Alt to open the Address Book menu

I down arrow to New and hit Enter

I down arrow to Contact and hit Enter

I fill in the blanks and do an Alt plus S to save when finished

To add someone who has sent me an email

I open that message and do a CTRL plus R to start a reply

I Shift Tab till I'm in the To field

I do a CTRL pluss A to select everything in the To fieled

I right click with the keyboard and choose add to contacts

I do an Alt plus Tab to switch to the add contacts dialog

I fill in any additional info I want

I do an Alt plus S to save and exit

Then I cancel the reply I started, unless of course I wanted to really reply

Sincerely,

Hi All,

I am using windows xp home sr3 window-eyes 7.11 and outlook 2003. I would
like to know if there is an easy way to manually enter a new contact? I
can't seem to get the hang of it. Thanks for any help.
