Sounds familiar, that one!

You might want to make sure, your SCROLL-LOCK is turned off. This behavior, 
that you are describing, takes place when scroll-lock is on. Exactly where the 
key is placed, on your keyboard is hard to tell, since this is one of the keys, 
that tend to move around from one model to the other. Usually, it is located at 
the right side of the top row, though.

  Hi,

  I needed to use Excel 2003 at work today and all I could do was use the mouse 
to read the cells.  The arrow keys did nothing.  I made sure that the correct 
set files were loaded.  I unloaded them and reloaded but didn't help.  I even 
tried uninstalling the set files and reinstalling them.  Can anyone help?
