I believe that data is stored in the registration in HK Current User.
Simply re-register Goldwave under her user using your license key.

Hello All:
I need some help with Gold Wave. I downloaded and installed Gold Wave
last summer, and paid for a full license for it. Last night, I tried to
enable Gold Wave on my wife's user account on the same computer. We use
separate user accounts because while we both use Window-Eyes, she likes
her speech a bit slower than mine. This also keeps our documents
separated.
Anyway, I got the Gold Wave shortcut to her desktop. However, when I
opened it under her account, I got put into the Gold Wave help menu just
as if I didn't have the paid version of the program. This does not
happen when I'm using Gold Wave under my user account. Does anyone know
how I can fix this? Is there a license file I can copy over to my
wife's account and if so, where is it?
