hey, I did not buy the usb one, but there is another one that works wireless and with also a rj45/network cable. It works pretty okay for a sighted person, but not for a blind person. So, having said that, not sure if and how the usb version will work for us. This one has a screen where the user must interact with the remote CTRL, and while selecting stations, will have to chose countries and such. Nothing talks, so we are lost. On this one also, one must attach speakers. I was disappointed. So, unless there is a software to go with the usb version, I doubt weather it would work.
Sorry for such a long one. ----- Original Message ----- From: chad To: [email protected] Sent: Thursday, December 10, 2009 9:24 AM Subject: aluratek usb internet radio Hi has anyone bought the aluratek internet usb radio? Just wondering if the software is accessible. I seen it at staples.com. If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
