Thanks for all suggeswtions, that I received, as to a good spamfilter. I
finally landed on one, that is integrating nicely with Outlook, Outlook
Express, Thunderbird and other mail clients. It is rather easy, to operate,
only a couple of clicks with the mouse. Comes in a Free (light) version, and a
Pro version (a small fee).

If you want to try it, it is called spamfighter, and can be found here:

    spamfighter.com

Thanks again, everyone!

  Hi!

I have some suggestions. The first and most obvious one I think is to get a
security suite such as Eset Smart Security which has SPAM filter which is easy
to set up and use. The second alternative I can think of is to ditch the use
of Outlook Distress completely in favour of an email client that offers such
SPAM filtering such as Thunderbird but I appreciate that not everyone has a
choice of application to use particularly in a work environment.

Third suggestion, change to an Internet Service Provider which gives you the
option of filtering SPAM at the email server level so you actually don't
download it onto your system, my ISP gives me this option, any SPAM I discover
I submit to the SPAM filter on my home page and its dealt with from the, the
great thing about this approach is that all contributions and updates from
users are submitted to a database for the ISP's main SPAM filter thus creating
a more SPAM free environment for all the customers.

  Good Luck

I am using Outlook Express, under Windows XP Pro, 32bit, WE7.11.

Anyone have a suggestion for an accessible spamfilter software, that can
handle multiple e-mail accounts, and that will not take the whole savings off
my bank?

    Thanks,
