thank you for this information but, it is different in 2007. we no longer have the drop down menus. I will look for it in the format menu in 2007 wherever that might be.

I know that people with sight, all they need to do is double click on the boundary of columns to auto size the Colum to the largest set of text. Now, My question is how does someone that is using window-eyes do the same thing. I have tried looking through the hotkeys that are downloadable on GW-micro's website and there is nothing about resizing the cells or I might of missed it but, I went through it like two or three times and I found nothing.
