Hi. First I wish to thank the person who sent me the message to resolve the problem. I tried following the instructions and couldn't figure things out.
My sighted nephew came over, looked at the message and figured out that the received column needed to be widened a bit. Now, the only two names that weren't completely read were Therese Ann Goren's and Edward Culpepper's. They were read as Therese Ann Go and Edward Culp. Try widening the received column first as that seems to cause some of this quirky behavior. Thank you. Mike M P.S. Apparently, trial and error are the norm for Outlook's columns to be widened so Window-eyes reads things better. Scripts anyone? Smile. .
