Hi Tyler:

Two things to try, and you may need to get sighted help.

1.  Un-install and re-install Window-Eyes.  You may need to use the
Window-Eyes Emergency Removal tool on the WE CD to help you do this.
2.  Remove your video card in Device Manager, re-start your computer and let
Windows re-install it.
