i just close and reopen the message then browse mode will turn on.

Perhaps browse mode got turned off. Try hitting CONTROL-SHIFT-A and see
if that helps. Also, try redrawing the screen with INSERT-BACKSLASH.

get back to the message list. With the Navigation Bar open two F6's are

I am using Outlook 2003, and have not had any problems before I installed
Window-Eyes. Sometimes when I open an HTML message I can't read it. I
examined the screen with the mouse cursors, and found that it said "you

now reading this message in the internet zone". I don't understand what
this means, and I can't find anything in the tools options dialog pages
which might change this. Can anyone suggest any solution?
