Works one hell of a lot better than with the stuff coming from Freedom Scientology it would seem from tests I've done here, at least you can register your Iphone and everything with Window-Eyes and Itunes, doesn't seem to be an easy way of doing this with the other thing as mentioned above <smile>, System Access To Go is the best Screen Reader I've found to work with Itunes if you're using Windows though Window-Eyes isn't too far behind.
