If I understand your question, you want to be able to adjust Winamp's
volume up and down without conflicting with WindowEyes's volume
settings. If this is the case, go to your output plugins section in
the preferences menu in Winamp, and choose the direct sound output
plugin simply by highlighting it in the combo box, then go to the
close button in that same box, just a couple of tabs above, and you
should be good to go. You might wish to close Winamp after making the
adjustment, and open it up again just to make sure the setting took.
