I don't think you need a set file if you are using XP.  It has normal
Windows menu structures, so pressing alt will get you to all the menus, and
you can then choose what you want to do.  It looks like a perfectly
accessible program to me, and bear in mind that the developers designed it
specifically for visually impaired people.
