Do you have a link for the software?

If you want to quickly go back to the MaPlEr window, the audio demo tells you to press Pause key twice. This has been altered in the new version, and you now have to press Shift-Pause. The benefit of this feature, is that you don't have to Alt-Tab through all your open windows, so as to quickly get to MaPlEr. No matter where you are on your PC, pressing Shift-Pause, will take you directly to the MaPlEr window. Pressing either Shift-Pause - a second time - or Alt-Tab, will take you back to the application you were working with. Another feature, that I love, is the chance of dropping MaPlEr on to the SysTray. Simply, when in the MaPlEr window, press the Escape (ESC) key, and Mapler is placed in your SysTray. Again, recall the window, by pressing Shift-Pause. Andfinally, one BIG feature of the software: If you find that certain of the keystrokes conflicts with your keyboard outlay, with your idea of what would be the best keystroke for a certain command, or in any other way disagree with the keystroke to adjust volume, speed, pitch, or whatever. Even if you want a quick way of doing a certain task in MaPlEr. Simply go to the Settings menu, choose Keyboard, and then Define shortcuts. Here, you can scroll through all the menu items, and define your own hotkey (shortcut key), or hotkey combination, for the task. Certain hotkeys are global. That means, you can use them from whereever on your system. One example is the Alt-Ctrl-F7 for lowering the volume. Pressing this hotkey - even if you are in Internet Explorer - will lower your volume of the playback of music. (Alt-Ctrl-F8, raises the volume.) If you want to change these global hotkeys, go to Settings \ Keyboard \Global Hotkeys. Not too many softwares out there, that let you change exactly EACH AND EVERY command key - :) Lastly, let me show you, how to quickly set volume, speed, and pitch to a certain value. In the MaPlEr window, press C (Command). Then type V followed by a value, like V45. Press Enter. The Volume will immediately be set to 45%. Similarly, do with T for Speed, and P for Pitch. Entering T5, will set the speed to 5% faster. T-9 will set speed to minus 9%. And, remember, pressing BackSpace, will always put speed and pitch back to zero. If you want to get info about the remaining time of your playing track, total playtime of your playlist, etc, simply press Tab key, and you are on the Info bar. Use the arrow up/down to read all the information. Press Tab again, and you are back on your playlist. Allright, hope this will help you get started, and enjoy the software. I decided to drop this info on the list, due to the questions I have received from some users the last few days. Feel free to ask, if there is anything more you want to know, as to the operation of the software. And, don't forget to check out the Radio function of the software. Quickest way, is to press D in the Mapler window, then press tab key, and scroll to the station you want to listen to, and press Enter.
