I would try ccleaner. It is freeware and it will do the same if not better
then advanced system care. I do like the smart defrag from the guys from
advanced system care but I can take or leave that program.

Subject: an alternative for Advanced SystemCare

  Hello all:
I am in search/recommendation of a program to replace Advanced SystemCare
which I tried to use but I noticed a least with window eyes is 100% not
accessible. I am in search of something which will do what Advanced
SystemCare does or more. I don't particularly care if is free or have to pay
for.
  thank you very much.
  thanks.
