Hi all
Am please wondering if someone can help. My mom bought me a t50 Booksense
from the RNIB for Christmas. It came with firmware 1.1 on it. I downloaded
the correct firmware 2.0 for my model and extracted it to the root of the SD
card. I follow all the instructions, the Book Sense asks if I want to
upgrade, I say yes, it says it will reboot and the system will upgrade. It
goes silent and after a while it restarts, but the firmware doesn't want to
upgrade. I've tried the suggestions in the GW Knowledge Base, so I've tried
resetting while holding the cancel and the 9 button down, nothing happens,
it just resets as normal, I've tried doing a hard reset and upgrading, but
again nothing happens, it says it's upgrading but it doesn't. All the files
are in the root of the sd card, E:\. What else can I try?
