Subject: basic questions about emailing with Windoweyes

Hi.
I'm very new to Windoweyes and even newer to this list.
I am running the demo version of Windoweyes. I have Windows XP.
I've heard some of the tutorials done very well by Doug.
I can get to Internet Explorer from the desk top, and make my way
around the
internet albeit rather sheepishly!
How can I get to access emails, send and receive them?
If one could explain by taking small steps that would be great!
Peter.
