This is true for some brands of laptops. Please refer to the manual of your
laptop. There is no special Windo-Eyes key combination to do this.

I have my own wireless network setup but I cannot connect to it.  When I try
to connect to it I am told that the wireless network has been switched off.
I have been told that there are key combinations, using the function key and
"F" keys that will switch the wireless network b ack on.  Is this true or
not?
