What version of the browser is she using? It could be a pop up link and
therefore requiring her to use alt+n to rectify the issue.

Subject: Why Are Websites Still Blocked Without Google Tool Bar
Hello:
I'm trying to help someone that is using Window-Eyes and Windows
Explorer Version 7. When she runs searches on the internet, then tries
entering on certain links, she hears the 'bong' sound like access to the
link is blocked.
She had the Google Tool Bar on her computer, but we removed it. She
still has some links blocked, getting the 'bong' sound, and the only way
that she can open them is to hold down shift and press enter.
Does anyone have any ideas of what may be blocking her from simply
pressing enter on these links?
