Hi Robert and Brenda, Apparently there's no way to stop WE from saying that message, but you can stop Word from giving you the various special options when you paste text. If you don't mind giving up that feature you can go into the tools menu, and select the options choice.
In here you're in a tabbed dialog, where you can navigate the tabs vertically and horizontally. find the "edit" tab, and uncheck the checkbox for "show special paste option buttons" (shortcut is alt-O). hth, Chip -----Original Message----- From: Robert Ringwald [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Saturday, January 16, 2010 6:50 PM To: GWMicro List Subject: Another Question About Word and Window-Eyes Sometimes Word 2003 keeps saying Smart Tags paste alternatives How can I stop this? --Bob Ringwald K6YBV [email protected] Fulton Street Jazz Band 916/806-9551 Check out our latest recording at www.ringwald.com/recordings.htm My reading of history convinces me that most bad government results from too much government. -Thomas Jefferson __________ Information from ESET NOD32 Antivirus, version of virus signature database 4772 (20100114) __________ The message was checked by ESET NOD32 Antivirus. http://www.eset.com If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
