Hi Robert and Brenda,

Apparently there's no way to stop WE from saying that message, but you can
stop Word from giving you the various special options when you paste text.
If you don't mind giving up that feature you can go into the tools menu, and
select the options choice.

In here you're in a tabbed dialog, where you can navigate the tabs
vertically and horizontally.  find the "edit" tab, and uncheck the checkbox
for "show special paste option buttons" (shortcut is alt-O).
