Might want to try the select text script. Alt+up arrow will move to the previous sentence and read it alt+down arrow will move to the next sentence and read it. Control down arrow will move to the next paragraph and read it while control up arrow will move to the previous paragraph and read it. Plus there are a lot of nice features for selecting text.
