Thanks so much for your suggestions. Does Studio Recorder work as well as Sound Forge? How about Gold Wave? I'm glad they are committed to helping the blind, but have they really done anything helpful yet? Someone said the filtering isn't as good as Sound Forge. I don't mind paying a higher price, I just want a program that works well and is easy for a blind person to use. Also, I already have some books recorded on Sound Forge. Could they be moved to another program to be cleaned up?
