Subject: window eyes cursor

hello all,

I use win eyes on a laptop. I want to be able to use the win eyes cursor or
the mouse curser to move up and down the screen when I am in the command
prompt I would like to do this by hitting caps lock plus p then use the
arrow keys to navigate up and down the screen. How would I set this up?

thanks

Edward
