I used the remote desktop feature to do support on windows xp desktops
quite often. I have a need for doing a similar support routine on windows
7 and windows server 2008 r2. Does anyone know of a working product which
will enable me to do this without requiring window eyes to be installed on
the other end? Support for remote desktop and window eyes on server 2008
is currently broken.
