Run Window-Eyes as an admin and you'll see the all users profile listed.

Hi I would like to do the same thing but when I Press ALT-F and L in the
Window-eyes window, all I get is one option and that is default when the
option box opens.

Found this message from Raul about a year back.
This may be a good start for a KB article.
In order to adjust the speech settings at the log on screen, you need
to modify the
all users global profile of Window-Eyes. While using advanced menus,
from Window-Eyes
press alt-f, l, and up arrow to all users. Press enter and now
Window-Eyes will speak
the same as it does at the log on screen. Now what you say is correct.
Make your
setting changes, save the set and reboot. Note that if you happen to
be using xp,
you will first have to shut off Window-Eyes and then run it in admin
mode in order
to be able to change to the all users profile.

I get Dectalk speaking at the log on screen rather than Eloquence.
Why is this? I set Eloquence as the synthesizer.

Hi everyone. How can I get the log-in screen to read at start-up the
way it used to. I went in to the start-up options in window-eyes
control
panel and that box is checked. Why is it no longer loading before
start-up? I'm using the new eloquence patch. Thanks.
