By GW Micro [email protected] www.gwmicro.com This script allows you to enter into a navigation mode within a Microsoft Word document. Once in this navigation mode you can quickly navigate between elements both forward and backward. You can toggle the navigation mode on and off by pressing Insert-Z (this key is definable by the user). Note: if focus moves from the document area the navigation mode will be turned off automatically. When the word navigation mode is On, the following hot keys will move the cursor to the corresponding element. In addition, when the navigation mode is On, most keys are disabled but you can still navigate the document with arrows, page up, page down, etc.Navigation Hot Key List:Next Grammatical Error : APrevious Grammatical Error : Shift-ANext Bookmark : BPrevious Bookmark : Shift-BNext Endnote : DPrevious Endnote : Shift-DNext Form Field : FPrevious Form Field : Shift-FNext Edit Box : EPrevious Edit Box : Shift-ENext Graphic : GPrevious Graphic : Shift-GNext Heading : HPrevious Heading : Shift-HNext Specific Heading Levels 1 - 9 : Numbers 1 - 9Previous Specific Heading levels 1 - 9 : Shift- 1 - 9Next Misspelled Word : MPrevious Misspelled Word : Shift-MNext Comment : NPrevious Comment : Shift-NNext Footnote : OPrevious Footnote : Shift-ONext Paragraph : PPrevious Paragraph : Shift-PNext Revision : RPrevious Revision : Shift-RNext Section : SPrevious Section : Shift-SNext Table : TPrevious Table : Shift-TNext Word in Word Index List : WPrevious Word in Word Index List : Shift-WMove Forward Out of a Table or List : >Move Backward Out of a Table or List : Initial script launch!
